Occupational Therapist (OT) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to residents in a long-term care setting. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve functional independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills.
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care.
- Previous Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$51.32 - $56.20/hour
