Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Neurology
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Orthopedic/Neurology to provide high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions while ensuring patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to orthopedic and neurological patients.
- Monitor neurological status, pain levels, mobility, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with post-operative orthopedic care and neurological procedures.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, mobility, and recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological nursing, patient assessment, and post-operative care.
- Previous Orthopedic, Neurology, Med-Surg, or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
