Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting, etc.).

  • Solution Implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.

  • Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.

  • Data Analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform UAT, document issues, and track resolution.

  • Data Migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Training and Support: Develop training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, and provide post-implementation support.

  • Troubleshooting: Resolve Oracle HCM-related issues efficiently and ensure smooth system operation.

Required Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with strong exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting.

  • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and best practices.

  • Technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate complex business requirements and recommend effective solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

Pay Rate
$83.36 - $88.24/hour
