Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Provides treatment based upon established plan of care for patients with wounds, fistulas, percutaneous tubes, ostomies, incontinence, and actual or potential skin breakdown. Serves as a resource and consultant to patients and nursing staff. Performs assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care provided. Collaborates with WOCN to implement changes in the plan of care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required upon submission.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
BSN preferred.
Related certification in Wound Care preferred.
6 months of wound care experience required, preference for out pt wound care clinic experience
