Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation of nursing interventions, and evaluation of patient outcomes throughout the surgical process.

The Operating Room Nurse is expected to circulate across multiple surgical specialties, including:

Orthopedics
ENT
Gynecology/Obstetrics
General Surgery
Ophthalmology
Dental Surgery

Scrubbing experience is highly preferred. The position may require working varied hours while on call and responding to emergency surgical cases on short notice.

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory (Arizona license not required).
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room and/or clinical nursing experience.
Minimum overall nursing experience: 3 years.
Current American Heart Association certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
Additional certifications to be completed after hire:
- PALS within 6 months
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 6 months
- CNOR within 1 year
- TNCC within 2 years

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week
Shift timing: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call coverage required
Minimum guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
Holiday coverage required

Additional Information:

Active state nursing license is required.
Experience with Allscripts EMR is preferred.
Shared housing may be available based on availability; family members and pets are not permitted in housing accommodations.

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
