JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, administers physical therapy services and performs related duties. Provides technical support for the effective and efficient delivery of therapy services.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.

Days (0800-1630) no weekends
