Registered Nurse – Mother/Infant
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for postpartum mothers and newborns, supporting recovery, bonding, and family education in a mother-infant unit.
Responsibilities
- Assess and care for postpartum mothers and newborns.
- Monitor vital signs, recovery progress, and newborn health.
- Support breastfeeding, infant care, and mother-baby bonding.
- Educate mothers and families on postpartum recovery and newborn care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Mother-baby, postpartum, or obstetrics experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-education skills.
- Compassionate and family-centered approach.
Pay Rate
$71.90 - $76.78/hour
