Occupational Therapist (OT)
Position Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and treatment services to patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental needs. The OT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to improve daily living skills.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow safety, infection control, and patient care standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state.
- Experience in occupational therapy or a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
