Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Position Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate patients and provide therapy to improve their ability to perform daily activities and maintain independence. The OT will develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide therapeutic activities and interventions.
- Help patients improve daily living, motor, and functional skills.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive techniques as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and home programs.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow patient safety and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Occupational Therapist license.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
