Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations. The OT will develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, daily living skills, safety, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and function.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive techniques.
  • Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and functional independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow patient safety, infection prevention, and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • NBCOT certification preferred or required as applicable.
  • Clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation, rehabilitation, ADLs, and treatment techniques.
  • Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused.

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
