Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients while helping them improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
- Implement interventions to support functional independence and safe participation in daily activities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and adaptive strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current OT license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
