Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position Summary

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical and functional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ functional, physical, and cognitive abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic activities to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional tasks.
  • Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques.
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety strategies.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state Occupational Therapist license.
  • NBCOT certification preferred/required as applicable.
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.

Pay Rate
$66.37 - $71.24/hour
