Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients to improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Develop exercises and strategies to improve functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the rehabilitation team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification preferred/required based on role.
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, ADLs, and therapeutic techniques.
- Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$64.09 - $68.96/hour
