Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients to improve their independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, and function.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional skills.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive techniques as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home-care programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Active OT license as required by state regulations.
  • Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
