Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide individualized therapy services that help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic activities to improve daily living and functional skills.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and therapy techniques.
Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Follow patient safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations.
Current NBCOT certification required.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation, patient assessment, and treatment techniques.
Previous inpatient, outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.48 - $61.36/hour
