Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their independence and daily functioning. The OT will evaluate individual needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic activities that support mobility, coordination, and overall quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living and functional skills.

Guide patients through therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive techniques.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.

Educate patients and families on home programs, safety strategies, and adaptive equipment use.

Collaborate with therapists, nurses, physicians, and other care team members to support coordinated care.
Qualifications:

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (active and unrestricted).

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, or long-term care preferred.

Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and effective in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$48.88 - $53.76/hour
