Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide developmental and rehabilitative therapy services to children with sensory, motor, and functional challenges. The therapist will assess developmental needs, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that support growth, independence, and participation in daily activities.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate children’s fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on improving daily living skills, motor development, and functional independence.

Provide therapeutic interventions such as sensory integration, play-based therapy, handwriting support, and motor skills training.

Educate families and caregivers on home programs, developmental strategies, and supportive techniques.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Collaborate with pediatricians, teachers, speech therapists, physical therapists, and other care providers to support coordinated care.

Create an engaging, child-friendly therapy environment that promotes participation and success.
Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

Experience in pediatric therapy settings preferred.

Strong knowledge of child development, sensory integration, and play-based therapy approaches.

Excellent communication, creativity, and family-education skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and able to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Pay Rate
$73.46 - $78.34/hour
