Occupational Medicine Clinic Manager
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, staff coordination, and delivery of efficient, high-quality occupational health services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the occupational medicine clinic.
- Supervise, schedule, and support clinical and administrative staff.
- Coordinate employee health evaluations, screenings, and follow-up services.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient flow, clinic productivity, and service quality.
- Maintain accurate patient records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with employers, providers, and healthcare teams as needed.
- Support staff training, performance improvement, and process development.
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous clinic management or healthcare leadership experience required.
- Occupational medicine or employee health experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with EMR and healthcare management systems preferred.
Pay Rate
$70,720.00 - $81,328.00/year
