OB Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor, Delivery & Postpartum

We are seeking a skilled OB Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
Monitor fetal heart rate, contractions, and maternal vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
Provide immediate postpartum and newborn care.
Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies and complications.
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesia, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
ACLS and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification preferred/required based on role.
Strong knowledge of obstetric nursing, fetal monitoring, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
Previous L&D/OB experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$68.09 - $72.97/hour
