Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions throughout treatment.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and report changes in condition promptly.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Required Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient care skills.
Excellent communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.

Pay Rate
$58.18 - $63.06/hour
