Job Summary
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor patient care performance, assess units in collaboration with nurse managers, and communicate and assist with any corrective actions. Develop and maintain record-keeping systems to track medication errors and counseling.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Seven (7) years of experience required, five (5) of which must be in a supervisory role.
Required Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Preferred Education
-
Master’s degree in Nursing.
Required Certifications & Licensure
-
Registered Nurse (RN) License
-
Primary Source Verification of License and Registration as a Registered Professional Nurse from the New York State Department of Education (NYSED)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pay Rate
$107.58 - $112.46/hour
