Job Details

Job Summary:
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.

Assistant DON for Trauma Registrar / Lead Trauma Registrar

•Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexible daytime hours (8–5, 7–3, or 8–4)
•Remote: Potential for a couple of remote days per week after the new year; initially onsite.

Required Qualifications
•Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist (CAISS) certification from AAAM CAISS certification- REQUIRED
•American Trauma Society (ATS) ICD-10 certification- REQUIRED
•American Trauma Society (ATS) Trauma Registry Course certification- REQUIRED
•Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist (CAISS) certification from AAAM CAISS certification
•Minimum 1 year of Trauma Center experience
•Report-writing experience/proficiency
•Candidate must be seeking permanent, full-time employment

Pay Rate
$97.72 - $102.60/hour
