Job Summary:
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Seven (7) years of experience required Five (5) of which must be in a supervisory role.
- PICU/General Peds/NICU experience.
- Active NY State RN License.
- BLS certification by AHA.
- Day 5x7.5-Hour (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
- 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate
$97.72 - $102.60/hour
