Job Summary:
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

Director of Nursing. Oversight of Level I Trauma center Emergency Department.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-N/A

Experience in Emergency Room

DON- Must have Emergency Room experience and DON experience

Pay Rate
$97.72 - $102.60/hour
