Job Summary
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor patient care performance, assess units in collaboration with nurse managers, and communicate and assist with any required corrective actions. Develop record-keeping systems to document medication errors and counseling.

Seven (7) years of experience required

Five (5) years must be in a supervisory role

Minimum of two (2) years of Behavioral Health (BH) experience

Pay Rate
$113.72 - $118.59/hour
