Job Details
A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a new physician-owned urgent care clinic opening in July 2026 . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a startup practice where providers have meaningful input into clinical workflows, patient care protocols, and operational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality urgent care services to walk-in patients of all ages
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Manage conditions including upper respiratory infections, UTIs, skin conditions, sprains, lacerations, and minor fractures
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
- Conduct point-of-care testing and support occupational health services
- Administer IV clinic treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to support workflow development and operational growth
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Experience managing acute illnesses and injuries
- Knowledge of laceration repair, minor fractures, sprains, and splinting
- Familiarity with urgent care procedures and walk-in patient management
- Ability to treat diverse patient populations across all age groups
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a growing practice environment
Requirements
- Active or eligible for Washington State NP or PA license
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- DEA license or willingness to obtain in Washington State
- Master’s degree preferred
Pay Rate
$39.38 - $44.26/hour
