Nurse Manager – Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee chemotherapy and immunotherapy services while ensuring safe, high-quality oncology patient care. The Nurse Manager will lead nursing staff, coordinate clinic operations, and maintain clinical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support chemotherapy/immunotherapy nursing staff and daily operations.
- Coordinate staffing, patient flow, treatment schedules, and clinic activities.
- Ensure safe administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IV medications, and supportive treatments.
- Monitor staff competency, performance, and compliance with oncology protocols.
- Manage adverse reactions and ensure appropriate emergency response procedures.
- Maintain medication safety, infection control, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BSN preferred; accredited nursing program required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- OCN certification preferred.
- Previous chemotherapy, immunotherapy, infusion, or oncology nursing experience required.
- Prior Nurse Manager or clinical leadership experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$117.63 - $122.51/hour
