Speech Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to assess and treat patients with speech, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The Speech Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients with speech, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatments.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech Therapy or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Speech Therapist license or certification, as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$58.94 - $63.82/hour
