Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, symptom management, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized hospice care plans.
- Manage pain, symptoms, medications, and comfort needs.
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding end-of-life care.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the hospice interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous Hospice, Palliative Care, Home Health, or Oncology experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and compassionate patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$57.42 - $62.30/hour
