Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring medical-surgical treatment and continuous cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and changes in patient condition.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Respond to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on treatments and discharge care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing, telemetry monitoring, and patient assessment.
Previous Med-Surg, Telemetry, PCU, or acute care experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
