MS / RN – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. The MS RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical status, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor changes in patient condition.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
