Job Description:

Responsibilities include: Operate MRI scanner which produces several cross-sectional scans and combines them into one to form a 3 -dimensional image for Radiologists viewing. Consistently obtain high quality imaging for Radiologist interpretation. General understanding of PACS (Picture Archive Communication System) and its function. Responsible for maintaining safety for anyone within the MRI zones. Documents patient care services in hospital records. Able to interact compassionately and effectively with the sick or injured. Supports and promotes the values and mission of the organization. Courteous interaction with co-workers/peers.

Requirements:
Education: Associate's Degree Required
Licensure(s): ARRT certified Radiography & State of Maine Radiography
Certification(s): ARRT MRI certified preferred
Registration(s): ARRT Radiography
