Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform accurate laboratory testing and provide reliable results that support diagnosis and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, prepare, process, and analyze blood, tissue, and other clinical specimens.

  • Perform routine laboratory tests according to established procedures and protocols.

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

  • Review test results for accuracy and report critical or abnormal findings appropriately.

  • Perform quality control testing and follow laboratory safety and infection prevention standards.

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from an accredited program.

  • Current ASCP or equivalent MLT certification as applicable.

  • Current state license or registration as required.

  • Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay Rate
$49.03 - $53.91/hour
