Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform accurate laboratory testing and support healthcare providers in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens.
- Perform routine laboratory tests according to established procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Perform quality control and ensure accurate test results.
- Report abnormal or critical results as required.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- MLT certification such as ASCP preferred/required.
- Active state license if required.
- Strong knowledge of specimen processing, laboratory testing, and quality control.
- Previous clinical or hospital laboratory experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$49.03 - $53.91/hour
