Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to perform accurate laboratory testing and support physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, prepare, and process patient specimens.

  • Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze results.

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

  • Perform quality control checks and follow laboratory procedures.

  • Identify and report abnormal or critical results.

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

  • Follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.

  • Current MLT certification through ASCP or equivalent preferred/required.

  • Active state license as required by state regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of specimen processing, laboratory testing, and quality control.

  • Previous clinical or hospital laboratory experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$45.22 - $50.10/hour
