Med/Surg RN
We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions while supporting safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and changes in health status.
Assist with procedures and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous Medical-Surgical or acute-care nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, critical-thinking,
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
