Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN)
We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Provide direct nursing care and respond to changes in patient condition.
Assist with patient education, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
ACLS preferred or required based on role requirements.
Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing and patient assessment.
Previous Med/Surg or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$81.81 - $86.69/hour
