Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg RN)
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor for changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Medical-Surgical nursing, patient assessment, and acute care.
- Previous Medical-Surgical or Acute Care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$59.71 - $64.58/hour
