Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg RN)
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions. The Med/Surg RN will assess patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor for changes in condition and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Previous Medical/Surgical or acute care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$75.71 - $80.59/hour
