Medical Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled Medical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide direct patient care and monitor response to treatment.
- Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans.
- Report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Active RN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS preferred based on role requirements.
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing and patient assessment.
- Previous medical/acute care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
