Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to perform laboratory testing and provide accurate, timely results that support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across various departments.
- Analyze and verify test results for accuracy and report critical values promptly.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Perform quality control procedures and troubleshoot testing issues.
- Follow laboratory safety, infection-control, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Current MLS/MT certification, such as ASCP, preferred/required.
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and instrumentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate
$79,000.00 - $112,000.00/year
