Location: University of Kansas - Great Bend (514 Cleveland Street, Great Bend, KS 67530)
Bill Rate: $88 before administrative fees
Class/Area: MLT Lab
Start Date: ASAP
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12 hour evenings | Thursday-Saturday (1500-0300), Saturday-Wednesday (1500-0100) | 7 nights on, 7 nights off
Experience Requirements: Min. 1 year of MLT experience in a hospital setting
Experience Preferred: n/a
License/ Certification Requirements:
•ASCP, NCA or AMT in hand
•Associate degree or appropriate Military Training eligible for ASCP or NCA certification.
•Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) training at an accredited NAACLS training program
Floating Requirements: n/a
Weekend Requirements: Required with schedule rotation
On-Call Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: Required based on unit's needs
Will the client accept new graduates? No
Order Status: New
Orientation: Monday (virtual) - held each week
Creds Due: 1 week prior on Monday before start
Notes: Nicotine free facility | Bi-weekly pay | 8 hour no-bill orientation | Client is allowed 2 cancellations per month with a minimum 2 hour notice. . **Remember to use GSA stipend allowance for National, not KC area**
