Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care.
Monitor patients for changes and report concerns promptly.
Manage wounds, drains, and other nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Active RN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Previous Med-Surg or acute-care experience preferred.

Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.
Strong medication administration and IV therapy skills.
Attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Pay Rate
$58.18 - $63.06/hour
