Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (Med Surg RN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. The Med Surg RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor recovery, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical environment.
• Previous Medical-Surgical or acute care nursing experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$56.66 - $61.53/hour
