Registered Nurse – Med-Surg (Adult)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting, focusing on assessment, treatment, and recovery support.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult med-surg patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Med-surg or acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Pay Rate
$64.28 - $69.16/hour
