JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Manages day-to-day operations in the laboratory department. Works closely with the Laboratory Director on policy or procedural matters.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Five (5) years' experience in a clinical role and two (2) years laboratory leadership experience required.
Proficiency with Kronos/ UKG, required.
Proficiency with Epic Beaker, required.
ASCP, AMT or equivalent certified Medical Laboratory Scientist required.
Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
