Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility and support their health, safety, and daily care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
- Assist with care plans and coordinate resident care.
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, residents, and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- Active LVN license as required by state regulations.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous SNF/LTC, geriatric, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
