Shift: Day Shift (5x8 Hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: Rotating Saturdays, 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Floating: Required
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our ambulatory care team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient rooming and assist with clinical intake processes
- Administer injections and medications as required
- Conduct EKGs and other basic diagnostic procedures
- Perform nasopharyngeal swabs and routine vital checks, including blood pressure
- Assist with ear flush procedures and other clinical support tasks
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in ambulatory care
- Pediatric (Peds) experience preferred

Pay Rate
$34.38 - $39.25/hour
