Position Summary
We are seeking a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN) to provide safe, compassionate, and comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The RN will monitor residents’ health, manage medications and treatments, and coordinate ongoing care.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents’ physical and clinical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Provide wound care and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with chronic disease management and ongoing care needs.
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and long-term care standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
