LTC Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The RN will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, and coordinate care with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents and monitor changes in health conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall resident progress.
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and the care team.
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility care standards.
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
